The terms on which you may use this website.

This website is operated by Dr Aiman Farogh Anjum, a sole practitioner trading as FrontDeskHQ. By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1. What this site is

This site describes services offered by FrontDeskHQ and lets you book a call. It includes a demonstration assistant and an estimating calculator. It is informational and promotional. It is not a product you log into, and nothing can be purchased through it.

2. This site does not give medical advice

Dr Anjum is a medical doctor, and this site is written for healthcare practices. Nothing on this site is medical, clinical or diagnostic advice, and nothing here should be relied on for the care of any patient. If you have a health concern, speak to your own doctor. In an emergency, contact your local emergency service.

Systems we build for client practices are administrative. They do not diagnose, triage clinically, or give medical advice, and they are designed to hand anything clinical to a human.

3. The demonstration assistant

The assistant on this site exists so you can see how a conversation flows. Please note:

• It is a demonstration, not a live clinical or booking system belonging to any practice.
• Do not enter patient information, clinical details, or anyone else's personal information into it. It is not built to receive them.
• Like any automated system it can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Do not rely on anything it says as a commitment from us. Anything that matters, confirm with a person.
• Availability is not guaranteed. It may be offline, changed or withdrawn at any time.

4. The calculator

The calculator produces a rough illustration from figures you enter yourself. It is not a forecast, a valuation, a projection of your results, or a promise of any outcome. Your actual results depend on your practice, your market and factors outside our control. Do not make a business decision on the basis of it alone.

5. Booking a call

Calls are scheduled through a third party scheduling service, and your use of that service is subject to its own terms. Booking a call places no obligation on either of us beyond attending, and does not create an engagement.

6. Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to interfere with the site or its security, use automated tools to scrape or overload it, misuse the demonstration assistant, impersonate anyone, or use the site for anything unlawful. We may restrict access if any of that happens.

7. Our content

The text, design, structure and materials on this site belong to FrontDeskHQ unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to read, share links to, and quote briefly with attribution. Please do not copy the site's content or design wholesale, or present it as your own.

8. Third party services and links

This site relies on third party services for hosting, scheduling, fonts and the demonstration assistant, and may link to other websites. We do not control those services or sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.

9. No warranty

This site is provided as it is. We take reasonable care over its accuracy, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current, uninterrupted or error free. Information here may change without notice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FrontDeskHQ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings, arising from your use of this website or anything on it.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects rights you may have under consumer law in your own country that cannot be excluded.

Liability arising from work we are engaged to perform is dealt with in the separate written agreement for that work, not here.

11. Privacy

How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date shown at the top. Please check it from time to time.

13. Governing law

FrontDeskHQ operates internationally, and the law governing any particular engagement is set out in the written agreement for that engagement. Nothing in these terms is intended to deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws in the country where you live.
